At the eve of June 6th, 1944, thousands of soldiers launched out to the assault of the beaches, discover the organization of the greatest military force ever joined together. |
Discover famous “the Atlantic Wall” as well as the German organization, deployed in Normandy on June 6th, 1944. |
TIGER was the code name of the training exercise. At 0204 on 28 April 1944 a convoy of 8 LST was attacked by two German ”E” Boats. 749 soldiers (Army and Navy) died during that night. |
