BROWN HERBERT H - 29TH INFANTRY DIVISION
Nickname: Brownie Married the love of his life, but had no biological children He liked to pheasant hunt and to drive a Cadillac. Survived WWII with no major injury. Died an old man after a brief battle with cancer. Buried in Virginia. Wonderful soul. Made a positive impact.

My father, Joseph Roberti, fought on D DAY in the 29th Division. I'm not sure about his division, I think the 16th or 116 th rings a bell. He was Technician 5th grade. I know he was involved with heavy artillery. He also spoke of St Lo. Paris and Germany This is his son, Richard

McCORMICK JAMES C - 82ND AIRBORNE DIVISION
He is my Great Great Uncle and I was named after him. We have a plaque of his purple heart and his canister. He was a great man and I'm proud to be named after such a great man.
