MIDWOOD ROBERT F - 1ST INFANTRY DIVISION
Robert(Bud) F Midwood was my father. He enlisted in March of '39. He was deployed and served in landings in North Africa, Sicily and Normandy. He was the recipient of the Bronze Star, Silver Star, and the Purple Heart. He was my hero and when I visited Omaha Beach I got a better understanding why!  (Honored by Clifford Midwood)
